Terms of Use

Effective October 2, 2026 · These terms are between you and Analysta LLC.

By using StickerGen you agree to these terms. If you downloaded StickerGen from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use StickerGen.

What you can create

Create original characters. Don’t use StickerGen to depict real, identifiable people; copyrighted or trademarked characters or logos; sexual content; graphic violence; hate or harassment; or anything illegal. We automatically check descriptions and may refuse requests, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your stickers

As between you and us, you own the descriptions you write and may use the stickers you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes such as messaging and social media. You give us a license to store, process and display your content to provide the service to you. Images are generated by AI and may be similar to images generated for others; we can’t guarantee that any output is unique or free of third-party rights.

Credits and purchases

  • Generating a character or a sticker uses credits. Current prices are shown in the app.
  • If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and are used only in StickerGen. Credits are removed if a purchase is refunded and are lost if you delete your account.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple.

The service

We work hard to keep StickerGen running, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Analysta LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using StickerGen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continuing to use StickerGen means you accept them.
