Email support@analysta.io and include the email or device you use with StickerGen. We usually reply within two business days.

Where are my stickers?

In Messages, tap +, then Stickers, then StickerGen. Press and drag a sticker onto a message bubble, or tap it to send. In other apps, open the emoji keyboard and switch to the sticker drawer.

How do I add stickers to WhatsApp?

Open a character, tap ⋯, then Add pack to WhatsApp. WhatsApp needs at least 3 stickers per pack.

A generation failed. Did I lose credits?

No. If a character or sticker can't be generated, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Purchases and refunds

Credit packs are sold through the App Store. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Delete my account

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. This removes your characters, stickers and remaining credits.
